1. Eligibility for Membership (सदस्यता पात्रता)
Every citizen of India who has attained the age of 18 years or above, believes in the ideology and constitution of Bharat Mahaparivar Party (BMP), and is not affiliated with any organization declared illegal by law, is eligible to become a member.
2. Digital Membership Card & Identity (डिजिटल सदस्य कार्ड)
Upon successful registration and UTR verification of membership fees, members receive a Digital Membership Card with a unique BMP ID number. The card remains valid as per the selected membership plan duration.
3. Governance & Voting Rights (आंतरिक लोकतंत्र)
Verified founder and cadre members hold voting rights in internal organizational elections, candidate selection polls, and Prabhari leadership appointments in accordance with party quorum guidelines.
4. Member Code of Conduct (आचार संहिता)
- Members must uphold national dignity, public welfare, and respectful dialogue.
- Party platforms and digital tools must not be misused for unauthorized solicitations or personal gain.
- Any violation of ethics or anti-party activity may result in suspension of membership.
5. Contribution & Renewal (अंशदान एवं नवीनीकरण)
Membership contributions are utilized for public welfare projects, governance solutions, and organizational campaigns. Fee payments are non-refundable.
